You have 24/hrs from the date of delivery to claim for the exchange if:
• The product is damaged or manufacturing issues.
• The product received does not match the ordered size.
• This is only applicable for orders delivered within GCC,
• If the customer is facing a size issue in the ordered article, we do offer a size exchange facility for it.
Note: The customer will need to send the article back to us and will bear the shipping cost of it.
How do I apply for Exchange?
• To return an item, please contact us at customer.care@nureh.ae with the return reason and order details.
• Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
When will my exchange will be processed?
• We aim to process all exchange within 5-10 working days after receiving.
• During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your exchange to be processed.
Do you offer refund?
• We are not offering refunds in any case, we only offer exchanges of articles or voucher/discount codes for future online shopping if they cancel their Paid orders..
Delivery time period:
• The standard delivery duration within GCC is 48 to 60 hours.
• Delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.
